Bryan Burkhart

Born on October 1, 1976 in Norman, OK.

Grew up in different cities throughout Texas and Oklahoma.

Started taking piano lessons from his mother, Susan Burkhart, at age 9.

Started playing drums at age 11 at Quail Valley Middle school in Missouri City, TX under the instruction of Jaimey Larson and private instructor Joe Raynor. Professional drumming career didn't start until freshman year of college at the University of Arkansas, where he got together with a few other guys and started a dorm room cover band. Has played professionally ever since.

As the founder of Groovement, Bryan hand-selected the members to fit with the vision and direction of the group. Engineered and produced Groovement's debut album, "Positive Step," out of his own recording studio, Sound Source Studio.
